• What does it cost to use PerfDog?

  As charter members of our local club, we understand that most dog clubs aren't made of money! 

  For that reason, our philosophy has always been to only make money when you do.  That means we only charge a fee when you do (e.g., for entering an event or paying for club membership). 

  As such, you have the option to pass through our fees to your entrants and club members when they pay for things so that PerfDog is essentially free for your club to use.

• Do you have a random drawing?

  Absolutely! And guess what? You have full control to make any changes you want even after the system generates the initial random drawing. So go ahead and move those dogs and handlers around to eliminate any conflicts. Need a lunch break? No problem! You can easily add it in and even stop for the day if you want to. The best part is, it's completely customizable to suit your needs.

• Can pro handlers enter multiple dogs? Can the club cover their processing fees?

  1. Yes, they can enter multiple dogs.

  2. Your club or event committee can decide who is responsible for non-refundable processing fees when entries are canceled. This setting is chosen when setting up the event. If your club absorbs the fees, entries are fully refunded if canceled before the close.

  3. How flexible is PerfDog for professional handlers? 

     • ​They can pay by check (mail-in entry) or credit card.

     • Secretaries can enter the event on their behalf and choose to either collect a check later, or type in a credit card number when entering the dogs.

     • Once a dog's information is entered in the system and is placed in the pro's profile, it's easily selectable for a future event.

• When does my club receive our event proceeds?

  PerfDog will mail a check to your club or organization within 3 business days of the completion of the Event Finalizer.  The check will be mailed to the individual chosen within the Event Finalizer.  The event's financial summary will also be emailed.
