• What does it cost to use PerfDog?

  As charter members of our local club, we understand that most dog clubs aren't made of money! 

  For that reason, our philosophy has always been to only make money when you do.  That means we only charge a fee when you do (e.g., paying for club membership). 

  As such, you have the option to pass through our fees to your club members when they pay for things so that PerfDog is essentially free for your club to use.

• When does my club receive our proceeds?

  If your club uses a standard calendar year for memberships (which usually end on December 31st), PerfDog will mail a check to your club in mid-January for the previous year's club memberships. 

  If everyone is on their own schedule (e.g., someone who signs up on April 5 will always have their membership expire on April 4 each year), you can choose to be paid monthly or quarterly or on some other schedule you prefer.  Note that we charge $3 per check we print and mail to your club.

  In any case, we always send email with full financial details along with a spreadsheet when we mail your check.

• Do members like using PerfDog?

  They don't like it, they love it!

  Most people can renew their club membership in under 5 minutes - no paper forms, checks, envelopes, or stamps!
