Activity update notifications

 

1. Description

PerfDog can send text (SMS) messages to notify activity participants of important updates and happenings, such as an activity being cancelled, when a stake or level starts, when organizers determine to take a lunch break, who goes next, and the like. The intent is to keep everyone up-to-date and avoid confusion.

2. How to unsubscribe

Option 1: From the activity page on the PerfDog website, turn off the 'Receive updates by text message' option.

Option 2: You can also cancel the SMS service at any time by replying to any message with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from all activity updates. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us related to any activity. If you want to receive messages again, just sign up as you did the first time by turning on the 'Receive updates by text message' switch.

3. Getting help

If you have any issues with the messaging program, you can reply to any message with HELP for more assistance, or you can get help from PerfDog by emailing us at help@perfdog.com.

4. Delayed messages

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates may apply

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
